From jct US-93 & SR-322 E side of town, go SW on Main St ~2 blks, look for where 4th St goes NW ~50′ N of the intersection just before the courthouse/police sta. Go 0.5 block on 4th St to RV area on R. N37 56.271 W114 27.092. Be careful, very high water pressure. Huge boulders between sites – plan carefully for putting out slides. Good Verizon. Quaint old mining town. Mining display at upper portion of CP. Great view of valley. Fairly quiet. Nice cafe in middle of town (walk uphill), grocery nearby. No signs. 2 mi N of town on SR-321, bear L on US-93, go ~3.5 mi, TL (W) at Silver State OHV Trail sign, go 2 mi on maintained dirt rd to trailhead in a lg open area on S end of a gravel pit complex. 37.97757 -114.53696.
