From US-67 at Presidio, go NW on SR-170 36 mi to Ruidosa (paved, roller coaster-like thru washes – drive slow & careful). Go slightly less than a mi further and TR on Hot Springs Rd. Go 7 mi on dirt rd (may be washboarded) to entrance gate. (Towing car not recommended – can leave at RV park E end of Presidio for $1/day). chinatihotsprings.com/home.html 432-229-4165. Most of the campsites are designed for tents, car camping and too small for an RV, but there are a couple level spots that work fine – calling ahead would be prudent.
