9) Camp II OHV Trailhead Area. Jct FR-25 & FR-18 (43.7828 -121.04777) go SE 1 mi on FR-18 (washboarded gravel), go SW at sign, on FR-620 (good gravel rd, not too dusty). 43.76987 -121.04011. Go in 0.6 mi to lg rec area. Tables, grills, firepits. Largest rigs might have trouble driving around trees & fenced-off areas.
10) Pullouts. Jct FR-25 & FR-18, continue SW from FR-25 across FR-18 on unsigned good gravel rd (Cinder Hill Rd/FR-1835 on maps, OK for lg rig), go 2.8 mi to where rd crosses wide cattle guard (43.76119 -121.09328), immed to R is FR-200, then immed on R is open area that lg rig could enter, turn around & come back out. Further S is signed for snowmobiles & ATVs. Other pullout areas on this 2.8 mi stretch of rd, such as half-way down, open area on W side (43.76897 -121.0683). From US-20/97Bus in town, go W on Olney Ave (14′ 3″ signed underpass under US-97 bypass; Franklin & Greenwood Aves are options but no sign as to height and they look rather low), go straight at Wall/Hill St, Olney becomes Portland Ave, TL on 9th St, TR on Newport Ave, TL on 14th St, TR on Galveston Ave (becomes Skyliners Rd), continue straight (W) at roundabout at Mt Washington Dr, go 1.4 mi to FR-4604 (where split rail fencing on L ends), TL, go 0.5 mi to open gate at Phil’s Trailhead area (N 44.044 W 121.386), then 0.2 mi further to 1) 1st entry to huge area on R. Last entry on R at 44.04006 -121.38433. PHOTO.

The ByWay (all paved) begins in Bend going W on SR-372/Century Dr, ~28 mi, where it turns S & becomes CR-46 (MMs continue). After this point there are optional routes for the ByWay, but for the listings below, go 22 mi S, TL (E) on CR-42/Century Dr (MMs change), go ~22 mi back to US-97 ~18 mi S of Bend. . 1) Meissner Sno-Park.
