NOTES – Not reported as O/N locations. 1) In March 2006, the City Council amended the existing O/N pkg ordnance to read: “O/N pkg or camping in private pkg lots within the city limits is prohibited. However, a rest period of no more than ten (10) hours shall be allowed, providing it is permitted by the owner of the pkg lot. The rest period shall consist of ten (10) consecutive hours, after which time the vehicle must be removed from the pkg lot.” This change allows RVers to park O/N in private pkg lots in the city, and it effectively ends a several-yr-long battle between local CG owners & their RV customers. Cabela’s. 14 long paved pullthru spaces. D (has an ATM-like machine that takes debit or credit cards for $5 charge, or ask for free code if you have Cabela’s Club VISA). D free Aug 20 while store being upgraded. W (free). Signs posted prohibiting O/N pkg thruout all pkg areas incl designated RV pkg, store says RVers should ignore them, signs are only because City requires them, not enforced unless property owner requests, & they warmly welcome RVers. I-90 x447, go N short distance, TR (E) on King Ave E. On R side, go to 2nd entrance (past stop light) at Calhoun Ln, joint with Sam’s for RV pkg on E side of bldg. N45 45.2838 W108 31.8375.
