Dry Lake (Boulder City Parks & Rec Dept). BD. No facilities. Free. From jct US-93/US-95 S of town, go S on US-95. 3 dirt rds go W off SB lane into Dry Lake, one at ~5.6 mi S, MM 50.5, 35.89314 -114.92352. At 6 mi S, short paved exit, 35.88543 -114.92523. At 7 mi S, MM 49.1, short paved exit, 35.87075 -114.92848. BD on huge lake bed, or on gravel areas close to hwy. Warning: if it starts to rain, even a little, get out of the lake bed immediately, do not enter it if you are not already there. If it gets wet at all, you will get stuck.
