From Sisters OR go 10 mi NW on US-20/SR-126, TR on 2-lane paved FR-14/SW Camp Sherman Rd/Metolius Riv Rd, go 2.6 mi to jct w/ FR-1419. FR-14 curves to R, but go straight onto 2-lane paved FR-1419, go 2.1 mi to jct w/ FR-1420, go straight on 2-lane paved FR-1420. 1) Go ~3.3 mi, TR on FR-1420-400, signed “Canyon Creek CG”, go ~0.2 mi to lg pullthru on R (S), room for 1-2 ~30′ RVs. ~200 yards farther on R (S) a 2nd area ~75 yards off the rd under lg ponderosa pines, room for 2 RVs under ~30′. From Sisters OR go 10 mi NW on US-20/SR-126, TR on 2-lane paved FR-14/SW Camp Sherman Rd/Metolius Riv Rd. go 2.6 mi, bear R (“CG” sign), go 3.5 mi, TL, then TR at stop sign on Metolius Riv Rd. All CGs are w/in 1.5 mi. No Verizon in CGs but go ~1 mi W at Allingham Bridge & get signal. Reservations: Trout fly fishing catch & release only. Good bike/hike trails.
