N34.7219 W112.0026. At R side of lot facing front of sta, by air hose/pump, often blocked by other vehicles, tight for lg rigs, busy area. Could time your use by waiting on Cove Pkwy, headed SB, until D sta is clear. Also, if you D from the L of a motorhome & are towing, you may partly block entrance/exit driveway. Verde Valley FG. 40-60 RV sites scattered thruout grounds, some 50A E (incl those behind FG office), most 30/20A, some w/ W. Central W, flush toilets, D, no showers. $20 BD, $25 w/ E. From jct SR-89A (E Cottonwood St) & SR-260 (S Main St), go W on SR-89A 1 blk to 12th St. Turn N on 12th St. Entrance is on W side at Cherry St. N34 43.927 W112 0.855. Look for white painted E boxes. D is just inside entrance, $10 for D & W if not camping, see host to R as you come in gate, for access, 9a-4p but host may help until ~7p. Call before, 928-634-3290, in case of a lg event. Sites not avail late Apr or early May (county fair) & limited D & W service during this time. Folks are very friendly & will help you find the best site. From I-17 x287 go NW on SR-260 toward Cottonwood ~8 mi to MM 211.2. 1) TR on Thousand Trails Rd, go 0.2 mi to NF area on L w/ lg pkg areas. N34 40.02 W111 57.768. E sites $14, tent $10, S/A Pass 1/2. 14-day limit w/in 30 for entire Prescott NF. May 1-Oct 31. From SR-89A between Prescott Valley & Jerome, at Summit Picnic Site, go ~2.5 mi E on dirt FR-104 to 4-way stop, TR to CG. OHV/ATV use prohibited in CG. May 21.

From SR-89A between Prescott Valley & Jerome, at Summit Picnic Site, 34.70742 -112.14987, go ~1.5 mi E on dirt FR-104. Just before gate to enter Mingus Mountain CG, TR on FR-413 (34.69801 -112.1388).
