(Cape Breton Is) Community Ctr, gravel pkg lot. No facilities. Free. From Canso Causeway at Port Hastings, go ~6.3 mi N on PH-19/Ceilidh Trail to Creignish. Sharp turn down sm dirt rd to Ctr (difficult to see turnoff – look for Stella Maris church up the hill, entry rd is opposite the church). Park on the gravel closest to the water. N45.73295 W61.46117. A few steps down is the Ceilidh Coastal Trail, part of a 89 KM rail-trail for walking or biking. Usually very quiet. May be crowded Sun night (bingo).
