TO HATCH: BD areas, SR-26. No facilities. Free. 14-day limit if BLM. Go ~1 mi N from town on US-180, TR (E) SR-26, MM 5.1, TL on CR-016 (Green Leaf Mine Rd). Mix of private/State/BLM land. Good gravel rd, ~2 lanes wide, maintained. Best for sm-med rigs. Lg flat dirt spot on L 1.2 mi in, at end of fence. 1.8 mi in, lg flat dirt spot on R. 14, TL on CR-A019 (Cooke’s Canyon Rd, gravel). Go 1 mi, bear L, continue on 4WD-only rd ~6 mi to Ft Cummings ruins (BLM, Cooke’s Spring Station), old cemetery, & plaque. Trucks usually park on dirt away from bldgs, staff OKed RV pkg on pavement just past DQ end of bldg, quieter. Looks like old frontage rd & picnic areas.
