Free. 6-hr limit (only if full, per state trooper), no unhooking of towed items. Stayed 10 hrs, RA 75% empty entire time Aug 11. No signs prohibit O/N pkg. Entering MN WB on I-90, take x275, go N to Welcome Ctr. No direct EB access but try x272B, go L under interstate, TR on frontage rd. Walking trails, beach, boat dock, fishing.
