Mormon Reservoir. BD. Toilets. Soldier Rd at US-20 in town goes S to become Mormon Reservoir Rd. Reservoir is ~4 mi S. When pavement ends continue on good gravel rd to “T”, TR (W). Go ~1/2 mi, TL (S) at sign, continue to boat ramp which is almost out of the water. Low level, green slime, discourage fishing. Boating/kayaking, hike/drive around most of reservoir. Birds.
