From US-89, go ~9 mi E of Fairview on SR-31 (almost continuous climb w/ grades 8%+), TL on SR-264, on N side, visible from intersection. N39.6786 W111.3126. Good gravel rd goes N from pkg lot (N Skyline Dr) w/ numerous BD spots in 1st 1-2 mi, & 2 NF CGs further on. Elev 8825′. Area occupied by construction vehicles, REPORT NEEDED, Aug 21.
