I-68 x4, go N of I-68 to SR-42/Maple St, TR (E), go to 2nd Ave/Friendsville-Addison Rd (paved), TL (N), go 3.9 mi, TL (W) at sign to Mill Run, go 1.3 mi (paved except last ~0.2 mi) to CG. Sm-med rigs only due to narrow rds, tight turns, overhanging trees. Mostly gravel CG rds & pads. Sites mostly shaded. Playground. Lake level varies for boat ramp & beach use.
