Welcome Ctr/RA. Free D & flush W, separate fresh W (but very close to flush W), flush toilets (24 hrs), trash barrels. 10-hr O/N limit, 1 time only. I-70 x19 either direction, go S. Room for several lg rigs. Can leave rig unattended no more than 4 hrs. Showers at pool area of Community Ctr ~1 mi away, $4. Free wifi from Library in pkg area. Trucks also use, can be noisy. Saddlehorn CG, Colorado NM (NPS). BD sites, tables, charcoal-only grills. W, flush toilets. $22, S/A Pass 1/2, + NM entrance fee (S/A Pass free). Open all yr. Reservable Mar-Oct, up to 6 mos in advance, rec.gov or 877-444-6777. WB on I-70 towards Grand Junction, x31 (Horizon Drive), go S, follow signs thru Grand Junction to go W on SR-340 to E entrance of NM. Visitor ctr & CG are 19 mi from E entrance. EB on I-70 take x19 (Fruita), go ~3 mi S on SR-340 to W entrance. Visitor ctr & CG are 4 mi up from W entrance. Good choice if uneasy w/ heights as travel is on inside lane, next to the hillside. N Fruita Desert BD (BLM). Pit Toilets. Free. 14 day limit. 10.2 mi N of town on paved 18 Rd (pavement broken up last 3.3 mi, after BLM welcome sign), TL to BD area, just before pay CG on R.
