GRAND CANYON VILLAGE, AZ

BD sites near South Rim (NF). No facilities. Free. 14-day limit w/in 30, entire Kaibab NF. RVs restricted to park w/in 30′ of numbered/named route (get free MVUM at USFS office). No camping w/in 1/4 mi of SR-64. From Grand Canyon Village, take SR-64 ~10 mi E toward Desert View (22.5 mi W of Cameron). 2 mi past turnoff for Grandview Point, TR (S) at MM 254.3 (35.96812 -111.97217), “AZ trail” sign visible after turn (ignore “no camping” sign – just don’t O/N at trailhead). Take this rd (FR-310) 0.6 mi to cattle guard, “Kaibab NF” sign. There are good sites along FM-310 on R side near NF sign. Continue on past fire tower. TL on FR-307 (~35.956 -111.9543) to several sites, the 1st 0.1 mi on R at 35.95581 -111.95332. Narrow dirt rds, good condition, watch low trees. Lg rigs usually OK. Verizon 5 bars. ATT OK some areas.
