Just across Green Riv, at 1st stop light, TL on Astle Ave, go ~1 mi just past horse area, TL at dump sign into area w/ 2 dump sites & flush W. Potable W for fee, may be locked up out of season. From I-80Bus (E Flaming Gorge Way) in town, go 8 mi S on SR-530, TL on good gravel rd at sign, Lost Dog. Go ~9 mi down to the mouth of Blacks Fork Riv where it empties into Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Dispersed sites (BLM). Some fire rings. Free. I-80 x89, exit onto W Flaming Gorge Way, go 0.25 mi, TL on White Mountain Rd/Wild Horse Canyon Rd/CR-53 (gravel), go ~3 mi uphill. Several gravel & nearly level sites on R. 41.549 -109.421. Some sites overlook the city. May be windy at top. Rd continues to Rock Springs but best to come from Green River.
