BD (NF) near Heber Mtn. From town go E on E Center St (becomes E Lake Creek Rd which enters the NF ~15 mi from town). Paved until NF, gravel after. Strawberry Reservoir, CGs & dispersed areas, FR-131 (NF). 14-day limit. From US-189 in Heber City go 23 mi SE on US-40 to FR-131 at MM 40.1. 7600′ elev. 0.8 mi S of visitor ctr, go W from FR-131 on FR-134 (gravel) to Clyde Creek dispersed camping. 2.5 mi S of visitor ctr, go W from FR-131 on FR-150 (dirt) to Mud Creek dispersed camping. 7-10 lg level grassy sites OK for lg rigs. Rd narrows, best to check ahead w/ sm vehicle. 3.8 mi, TL at Strawberry Bay sign to Strawberry Bay CG. Go 0.6 mi to Loops A-E, 1.5 mi to Loop F, & 1.7 mi to Loop G. 227 paved sites, most w/ covered tables, fire pits. 78 are pullthru. Threaded W spigots, flush toilet, D ($10 if not staying in CG, on 1-min timer, hook up before paying). $20, S/A Pass 1/2, + $11 for FHU (Loop B). 14 day limit. Any size RV. Good Verizon. No restrictive signs except no motor vehicles into NF down hill. ~16 mi W of Fruitland & ~29 mi SE of Heber City. 40.1973 -111.10439. Loops around edge of cliff overlooking Strawberry Reservoir to 500′ off hwy, room to park in middle by gravel piles also. Any size rig. Some areas muddy when wet. Superb lake view.
