Go ~0.6 mi E from 16th St (US-59) on Main St, passing Sirloin Stockade & crossing a bridge. TR (S) into a sm “lot” at signs for Camping Dump Station & RV Parking. Then go either R or L to go around ball diamonds to RV sites. N 37.335 W 95.245. Fairly level 15’x50+’ sites on old asphalt. Restrooms & showers at football field grandstand, ~1/4 mi from CG. D is near grandstand. Quiet. Good AT&T. Good wifi at Library. Most sites unshaded. Buffets: Parsons Roadhouse (on E Main), Chinese Chef (W side of N 16th St, 8 blks N of Main St). From jct US-400 bypass & US-59 go ~1.5 mi W on US-400, between MM 399 & 400 TR on paved rd at sm sign “Lake Parsons 4 mi”, go ~3 mi W, following the signs for Lake Parsons (do not turn at sign for Kiwanis), TR (N), continue on gravel rd ~2 mi to Sportsmen Shelter sign, TR to CG.
