From US-191 in town go 1/2 mi N on Fremont Lake Rd, TR at Pinedale Medical Clinic, take next R turn. Room for several lg rigs, room to turnaround. Can walk to town & restaurants. Fremont Lake CG (NF). 53 paved sites, some pullthrus. Tables, fire grates. Trash bins. unthreaded W spigots, vault toilets. $15, S/A Pass 1/2. ~1/2 of sites reservable, rec.gov. 16 day limit. ~May 25-Sep 10, but open rest of yr w/out services, no fee. From Pinedale USFS office at jct Pine St (US-191) & Fremont Lake Rd, go ~3 mi NE on Fremont Lake Rd, at jct follow signs & Skyline Dr ~4 mi to CG. N 42 56.85 W 109 47.5. Elev 7400′. Sites 34-42 are fairly level pullthru sites next to lake (after entering CG TR at 1st fork & L at 2nd fork). Under trees, most sites have lake view. USFS Pinedale: 307-367-4326. Very high use Jul & Aug. Boat launch. Beaches on some sections of shore. Fishing, swimming, boating, biking. Wildlife abundant. Mark Grossman #84854 Sep 10. From US-191 just W of town, go ~6 mi N on Willow Lake Rd (good gravel) at sign for WMA, to the 1st dirt access rd on R, or continue 1 mi to 2nd access rd. 42.95755 -109.84. Fishing.
