Twin Bridges Park (County). BD. Pit toilets, tables, fire rings, grills, trash cans. No potable W. $10, or $40/5 nights. 5-day limit per 30. No reservations. From jct US-26 & ID-48 to Ririe, go ~1 mi to stop sign, turn slightly R on Main St (do not make hard R, restricted bridge). Go thru town to stop sign (corner Archer & Rexburg), TR on Smith Rd, stay on rd out of town, becomes 4700 East (Archer Hwy). Go ~2.8 mi, after crossing bridge watch on L (W) for log archway, “Twin Bridges Park” at entrance. TL (W), go W on gravel rd ~0.2 mi to boat ramp area. There is another unmarked entrance ~0.1 mi S of main entrance, W side; TL (W) (park sign is ~500′ after turn), then TR (N), then TL (W), more turns but wider and more open. May be easier for some. N43.67192 W111.76453. Huge flat, level, pkg area w/ many rds leading off to secluded “sites”. Lg cottonwood stands, check before taking rig into side rds for access & availability. Open areas for good solar access. Lg rig OK. Playground. Boat launch (sm fee), docks. Surrounded by BLM land – hunting, hiking, sightseeing. 208-356-3139.
