N29.55263 W95.02408. Easy access to both ends from NB and SB lanes. CONSTRUCTION taking up area, REPORT NEEDED on whether these areas return for BD use, Mar 21. Any size rig. N end may be more crowded in summer. Well patrolled on Kemah (S) side by local police. Rather noisy but great scenery. Fills w/ trucks/boat trailers wkends.
