W on SR-164/Nipton Rd/Joshua Tree Hwy, 8.1 mi from US-95 in Searchlight (1.2 mi W of Walking Box Ranch Rd), 35.50693 -115.0565. TR (N) between 2 short white posts on either side of paved entrance (unsigned, becomes dirt rd). Some dips in rd on way in, take it slow, & watch clearance of trees along rd. Sites in beautiful Joshua tree forest. Verizon varies by location. 1) Dirt pullout area along entry (next to hwy), room for 1 lg rig.
2) 1/4 mi in, just N of a corral on R, 35.51015 -115.0552, very lg site, stone firering. Rd past here rough, drive tow/towed vehicle 1st. PHOTO.
3) 0.4 mi in, on L, back-in site. PHOTO.
4) 0.9 mi in, on R, site OK for lg rig to loop-around.
5) Other sites further N but rough rd, high-clearance needed.

O/N OK in Denny’s lot, also on N side of casino (darker, flatter & less busy). Cottonwood CG, Lake Mead NRA (NPS). Sites along Lake Mohave. Free, possibly + $25/7 day or $45/yr vehicle entrance fee (S/A Pass free). Go 6.6 mi E from town on Cottonwood Cove Rd (paved), TR (S) on power line rd, go 1 mi, TL at fork, go 6 mi on graded dirt (can be rough, washboarded) to lake edge. Take it slow. Threaded W spigots in Lower CG, restrooms, showers ($), D (in Upper CG, fee). $20 (S/A Pass 1/2) + $25/7 day or $45/yr vehicle entrance fee (S/A Pass free). Go 16 mi E from town on Cottonwood Cove Rd (paved). Very lg RVs may not fit in Lower CG sites. Along Lake Mohave. FHU resort nearby, over fee criteria. Marina.
