Free. 14 day limit. ~9 mi S of town & US-50, on US-95A, after crossing Carson Riv (no visible water, just some deciduous trees lining the bank), take 1st L (marked for Ft. Churchill SP, scout camp) on wide dirt rd (soft dirt, ruts, washboarded, 4WD needed). Stay on R side, narrower rd to avoid soft dirt. ~1/4 mi ahead, lg flat area across from turnoff (at utility poles, S side of rd) across from scout camp, 39.28233 -119.23118. Or, continue another ~20 min (a bit washboarded in places) heading for lookout, very lg flat area (room for several lg rigs), before marked entry thru gate to Churchill SP ($7 fee to enter, D & W $10).
