Lower Reach Park (City). No facilities. Free. No signs, but city Director of Community Services gave permission “for one night, leaving in the morning”. On E side of town. From PH-43: turn S on Old Slys Rd, cross Rideau Canal bridge, TR into park. From the S on PH-15: go straight thru light at jct w/ PH-29 onto Jasper Ave, park is 1 km on L.
