BD (BLM) & pullout off US-62/180 from TX state line to town, near Carlsbad Caverns NP. No facilities. Free. No restrictive signs. MM 5, go E up to ~3 mi. Many BD spots, some fire rings. One lg spot ~1 mi in at 32.04022 -104.45556. Another ~3 mi in: 32.0317 -104.429. Some dust from trucks. Poor ATT & Verizon. ~30 min from both Guadalupe & Carlsbad Caverns NPs. Whites City has gas sta w/ W around back (hard to reach), sm grocery, restaurant. Fuel up before heading S to Guadalupe, few facilities. Gavin Seim #108481 stayed Mar 12.

8.5, CR-424/Dillahunty Rd, E side. Go 200 yards E to Chosa CG (BLM). 32.08862 -104.4315. 4 acres of open gravel pkg area. 3 day limit. Can be dusty when windy. Al Florida #86865 viewed Apr 21.

10, W side, at sign for Washington Ranch, go ~100 yards W, TR on good gravel rd, go ~1 mi, crossing cattle guard, to Sunset Reef CG (BLM). 32.11959 -104.42449. 5 lg pullthru sites, any size rig, & room for a few more RVs along fence line (more spacious). Also 6 sm sites for tents or vans. Covered table, pit toilet, trash service. Free. 5 day limit. Sites are level. Can be dusty when windy. Verizon good. 14, go E on Whites City Rd (bumpy dirt/gravel) ~1/2 mi to lg open space on L. 32.1554 -104.38123. ~1 mi S of Whites City, ~5 min from Carlsbad NP entrance, ~20 min S of Carlsbad. OK for lg rigs.
