From Portage Glacier Hwy in town, turn S on Whittier St. After crossing RR tracks, on R, near the dry boat storage before Glacier Ave. Room for many rigs, any size. Whittier Bay CG (city). BD sites. Vault toilets. $20. Pay at Harbor Master’s office in town. 200 yards from mouth of tunnel on Whittier side, turn N, go 1/4 mi on unmarked, unsigned road to CG. No CG sign on main rd. Lg oval gravel pkg area w/ 20 back-in RV sites & 5 tent sites around the edge. Good views of bay & mtns. May be windy. Al & Sharon Florida #86865 viewed Jul 16.
