Seasonal permits for day use, not camping. 7-day limit. Open all yr. Going N from Yakima, the MMs are: Roza 7.5, Big Pines (lg paved pkg areas, some pullthrus, shaded, tables, 46.79333 -120.45582) 9.5, Lmuma 12.5, Umtamium (good ATT) 16.5. Also boat access at 21.5, O/N unk. Great riv views, fishing/boating. Also numerous pullouts along SR-821, no prohibitive signs. Wildlife viewing area at MM 10, no camping, RV won’t fit. Next to Umtamium MM 16: private area with payment box – $10 RV/$5 tent (BD only). Directions from Interstates: From I-90 x109, go S on Canyon Rd. From I-90 x110, go S on I-82, take x3 W on Thrall Rd, short distance to TL on Canyon Rd. From I-82 x26, go W short distance on SR-823, TR (N) on Canyon Rd (SR-821).
