Ingraham Trail/PH-4, Territorial Parks. Paved or gravel pkg lots, tables, toilet, trash cans. Free. PH-3 becomes Ingraham Trail/PH-4 just N of town. It’s a 43-mi dead-end scenic byway. Pavement ends at KM 46, then becomes good graded gravel. 2 developed fee CGs & several picnic areas & trailheads w/ no restrictive signs.
